RV energy is a key stakeholder in the Rossendale Net Zero Terraced Streets project, which aims to achieve place-based decarbonisation through innovative approached centred on quality and community. This case study focuses on leveraging live data to ensure warm, comfortable and affordable homes for Rossendale residents. The implementation of Senze was used to guide decisions to support transitioning an entire community away from gas-based heating systems.

By using Senze, the Rossendale Net Zero Terraced Street project could use real data and measurements to reduce home energy usage and devise a comprehensive plan for a community-wide energy transition. Our data-driven approached helped to address challenges related to decarbonising hard-to-treat properties in urban areas. Additionally, the collaborative use and sharing of data with key stakeholders accelerated the deployment of effective retrofit measures.
