Charges for UK customers is £4.99 (Excluding Channel islands and Highlands)
Charges for international customers vary depending upon the selected destination. For more information please call our customer service team who will be happy to help.
Delivery Service
UK orders are sent by courier.
Speed of Delivery
Please allow 3 to 7 working days from confirmation of your order for delivery within the UK. We will always endeavour to beat this timescale.
We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested, at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. At the time of delivery a signature will be required, the signature of the person accepting delivery will be proof that Senze Uk has fulfilled the order and as such ownership of the goods shall pass to the customer. You will be responsible for risk of loss of or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to you.
Senze uk have no liability to you for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
Senze uk has no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
Please be advised that orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Senze uk is unable to accept responsibility for these charges levied by other countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Senze Uk would therefore recommend that customers contact their local customs office for further information.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Failed Deliveries:
In most instances the courier will leave a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver the order. You will then need to arrange collection of the parcel. If no number has been given our couriers will make 2 further attempts to deliver. If you do not arrange collection of the goods or delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
Returns policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your goods for an exchange or refund simply follow the guide below.
Not what you were expecting?
If the shoes don’t match your outfit, don’t fit or you’ve just changed your mind now you’ve received them you have 7 days from the day they were delivered to send them back. All we ask is that you return the goods to us, in their original condition and with the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the goods back to our warehouse, we will refund their full amount as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
All that we ask is that they are in a saleable condition, i.e.
- The tags are intact
- The shoes have not been worn or damaged
- The shoe box and packaging are returned Please ensure that you wrap the package securely without attaching sticky tape to the shoe box itself
After this period we will not offer a refund for unwanted goods but we will gladly exchange your goods within 21 days from the date purchase.
Please retain the proof of purchase.
Faulty Shoes?
If you believe your shoes to be faulty, please send them back to us for inspection.
If the shoes are proven to be faulty by our inspection team, we will refund you the full amount paid for the goods plus delivery charges. provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
Senze will be under no liability if our inspection team discover any defect/fault has arisen from willful damage, wear and tear due to negligence, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without approval.
Please Note:
*You will be responsible for all postage costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Please retain proof of postage. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
*We always recommend that you send your returned goods back to us via a 1st or 2nd Class RECORDED delivery service, as you will be able to track your return.
*All goods being returned must be sealed in the original box.
*Make sure that the correct contact details are in with the returned goods. If there are no contact details in with the goods we will not be able to process the return.
- Refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging
- Until returned products reach us they are not our responsibility, in other words for your own protection we recommend that your send your package to us via a secure delivery service with adequate postal insurance as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
