PLEASE READ THESE TERMS and CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. By using this website and or placing an order you are bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
1. The Site is operated by Senze uk Limited (referred to below as the “Company”, “we” or “us”) and the Company is registered in England & Wales under company number 06668057 and the registered office address and main trading address of the Company is 1-3 Killinghall Rd, Bradford, BD3 8DN.
2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions generated by you.
Acceptance
3. Customers who purchase online must be 18 years or over, and must register. When you make a purchase you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number and credit or debit card details. Once this has been done we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email to the email address you provide with your order. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract between us in accordance with these terms and conditions
4. When you register you will need to create a username and password. You must keep this information safe.
5. You undertake that all details supplied to us on registration for ordering goods are correct and the credit/debit card you are using is your own.
6. The Company may change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
Description and price of the goods
7. The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Site at the time you place your order.
7.1 The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods or certain of the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, the Company will inform you as soon as possible, and in any event on or before the dispatch confirmation, and will refund or recredit you or your PayPal account for any sum that has been paid by you or charged to your credit or debit card or to your PayPal account for the goods concerned.
7.2 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Site are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Company will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, the Company will refund or recredit your PayPal account or your credit or debit card for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
7.3 In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown in the section on the Site about delivery.
7.4 All descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. Senze has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, exact colour matches are not possible over the internet and therefore actual colours may differ from what you see on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have ordered, we operate a returns policy.
7.5 We take care to ensure that all our goods are durable. Please bear in mind, however, the level of durability must be appropriate to the nature of the goods. Goods will not be regarded as faulty where they are damaged through inappropriate use.
7.6 Shoes that have Rhinestones, Sequins, beadings and embroidery are occasion wear only. The Rhinestones, Sequins, beadings and embroidery are attached correctly to the upper and the heel of the shoes, however over time and through normal wear the rhinestones may loosen and the sequins may start to fall apart. For this reason, spare rhinestones are included with certain goods when sold, where appropriate, and we have no further liability if the rhinestones or the sequins come adrift
7.7 The prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT where appropriate and exclusive of delivery charges. The prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
8. Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Site at the time you place your order. The credit/debit card used to place an order will be debited at the time when the order is placed. For PayPal users, we will charge your PayPal account when you place your order.
Delivery
9. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you in your order. Delivery is made by a courier and there is a delivery Charge for UK customers of £4.99 per order which covers postage and packing to any address within the UK (excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Southern Ireland). [Applicable to home delivery only]
9.1 We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested, at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. At the time of delivery a signature will be required, the signature of the person accepting delivery will be proof that Senze Uk has fulfilled the order and as such ownership of the goods shall pass to the customer. You will be responsible for risk of loss of or damage to the goods once they have been delivered to you.
9.2 Senze uk have no liability to you for any delay in delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
9.3 Senze uk has no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
9.4 Please be advised that orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Senze uk is unable to accept responsibility for these charges levied by other countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Senze Uk would therefore recommend that customers contact their local customs office for further information.
9.5 Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Damaged Products
10. Products delivered by Senze uk will be undamaged in the quantities ordered; and will conform with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
10.1 The Product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the Site or as on the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Product strictly in accordance with those instructions.
10.2 We try very hard to deliver Products in excellent condition. However, we shall repair or replace free of charge any Goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by our courier provided that you give us written notification of such damage or loss within 3 days of the delivery date in the case of damage in order that we may comply with our courier's conditions of carriage. Refunds will not be given for products with damages caused by a customer's misuse or neglect.
10.3 If at the time of delivery the packaging is damaged or opened you are required to reject the parcel and return to courier. If you open the goods you are required to check them in front of the courier and notify him of any damage/missing items. In the event of damage to the Goods you should contact the Customer Service team on 07903952336.
11. Competition Terms and Conditions:
- To enter a competition you must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over.
- Competitions are not open to employees of Senze Uk.
- Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. All entries must be received on or before the specified closing date.
- Senze Uk reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Senze may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The prize is subject to availability. senze reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that fail to arrive or are delayed or corrupt in any way.
- Senze will endeavour to send prizes within 28 days of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
- The promoter reserves the right to hold or cancel a prize in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Entry to the draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Data protection
12. The Company will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but unless the Company is negligent, the Company will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
12.1 Except as stated otherwise in our Privacy Policy the Company will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. The Company will notify you of goods and offers that may be of interest to you from time to time, provided you have ticked the appropriate box on registration. You can correct any information about you, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to the Company at customer service.
Applicable law
13. These Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and
efficiently.
